ReplyDeleteThanks Angelo. The real thing will be framed by the end of the week. The rafters are wood I joists with 2x6s cantilevered to form the overhangs. I am proud of the details and would be happy to share them with you. the underside of the soffit is rough sawn v-groove fir. The ceiling on the inside is v-groove pine. I hope that you will come and stay in the cabin when it's complete.
