The light fixtures by Resolute are well made and easy to install. The sconce is fluorescent.

East and south facing windows bring in lots of light.  So much light comes in from the windows on all sides that electric light is not necessary during the day.  The suspended ceiling fixture casts light down and up where it is reflected off the wood ceiling.
